Calista Marella Peter
Calista Peter obtained her LLB (Hons) - 2nd Upper Division, in London from London School of Economics in 2001. She then was awarded the Diploma in Singapore Law in 2002, and was recently called to the Singapore Bar. She joined Gabriel Law Corporation in June 2004.
Calista's corporate experience includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, service agreements, loan documentation and employment contracts.
Calista is has been involved in several major litigation cases at the High Court involving banking laws and Housing Developers Rules.
She is currently personally assisting Mr. Peter Gabriel in various matters
including corporate finance, loan syndication, joint ventures and High Court
litigation.
