Our Criminal Practice is geared towards aggressive representation for clients
who have been criminally charged. In cases where clients do admit to the
offence, our task is to plead for leniency using established principles.
This process of mitigation minimises the severity of the sentence passed
by the court; and we have had considerable success in obtaining a lower
sentence through plea bargaining and representations to the Attorney -General.
